Passed through this station yesterday coming home from a trip to Ohio. This was a stressful trip with bad news yesterday on a family member and I stepped Into this station to go to the bathroom. On my way out, I purchased 4 small bags of snacks: White Chedder Cheese Cheeto Puffs, BBQ Chips, Pizza Combos and Cinnimon Teddy Graham’s. I was asked if I wanted a bag and said no. I came back out to my car. I didn’t get gas on my card. I was in a hurry with 3 children with me and honestly didn’t look at the amount the cashier charged me. Today, I sat down to balance my account and noticed they charged me $42.50! The lady on the phone asked, “and you didn’t notice this yesterday?” No, m’aam, I didn’t, obviously because we just needed a snack, my mom was feeling ill, we wanted to get home, and just received some terrible news.nnI am pursuing this and will change my review accordingly if they can help me resolve this. Mistakes are made but I’m hoping they are the kind of people to resolve this. Right now, I am not impressed.
