Staff is friendly in store, so I decided to fill my prescription at this pharmacy instead of Kroger. It’s a shame I probably won’t be returning because of a particular staff member, that was rude on the phone and at the window. It was 830, they close at 9 and she acted completely put off that she had to help. If you don’t like people and don’t like being in the business of customer service you should probably find a desk/cubicle job. Hey, or maybe she was just having a bad day?! I would love to do 1 star, but the pharmacy is the best part of the store.nHow ever the front entrance needs customer service training yet. This is the only CVS in the whole united states I have problems with, with customer service issues. No hello when you walk in, how dare you ask them a question. Their answer is it not in my controls with a snotty attitude. The pharmacy I would give a 5. The store it's self needs more training. I wpuld give it a half of star. My husband is over the road truck driver, so we stop at quite a few of them to pick up our prescriptions. They all.except this one have wonderful customer service. I am staying far away from the Decatur Indiana CVS.
All the staff is very friendly and helpful here at the Decatur CVS! I get greeted as soon as I walk in and asked if I need help finding anything. They always thank me for shopping by using my name.nFrom the cashiers to the pharmacy staff, they all have went above and beyond to find things and save me money. I won’t go to any other pharmacy. They will always be my first choice!nIf you want great customer service, then this is the place to go. ud83dudc4dud83dudc4d
