Pricey but they do get you in & out as quickly as they can
I have been looking for a Jeep for a few months and found one I liked online with Tom Kelley Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Decatur. Not wanting to spend a lot of time in a dealership, I emailed them and Kenny responded requesting to help. I let him know what I was looking for and willing to pay and he went to work right away. My wife and I went in the next day to finalize the deal and pick up the Jeep. My wife doesn't like the car buying experience at all becuase of past experiences, but at Tom Kelley it was different. We did not feel pressure at all throughout the process and she said this was the best experience she has ever had buying a car from a dealership. Kenny and his Sales Manager Brian did a great job! When we are in the market for another car this will be the first place we look, even being 45 min away it will be worth the drive because we know we will be treated right.
