Cvs in berne has had a prescription for anti depressant for 3 weeks. They said it needed pre approval but never called me. Now I've been out for 5 days and found out I can get at kroger via good rx for 12 dollars. I told pharmacist I'm done. Will be transferring all scripts to kroger. Been getting lyrica there for 23 dollars which is cheaper that running through insurance at cvs.nI've tried to be patient and understanding but letting someone run out of meds because you can't get pre-authorization in 3 weeks is incompetent at best and borderline immoral.nGood rx price for this medication at cvs was 138.00 dollars. And of course I was never given a call about this, and didn't here anything for a week.
