We bought a travel trailer from Smith RV back in 2015 and had a great experience!! We had never owned a camper before and they were great about giving advice and helping us pick out the exact camper that would work for our family.nThey emailed us a spec sheet and we picked out exactly what we wanted and the owner delivered it himself to us in Knoxville for a fee that we felt was very reasonable. Great prices!! The dealers around here couldn’t get anywhere near their price.nnWould definitely purchase one from them again!!

We paid a deposit incase we did something wrong and we found a dirty, disposable diaper we were when packing. They still held our deposit for five days. We had to call seven times to fine out a time when we could drop the camper off when we were done with it.

This was the worst buying experience I've ever had. The owner is uncaring about the customers even when the dealership is at fault. After traveling from Florida to purchase a toy hauler I received the worst customer service experience I've ever had which was surprising considering the amount of the purchase. Never did the owner apologize or offer any compensation to resolve the issue. If you decide to buy there don't expect them to correct any problem you have. Maybe you get a better price but expect it to cost you.

They sell u the wrong part .... bought axle shaft .. they sent window motor..and then said .. if you don't want it send it Back .. even refused to pay for return shipping ..they are one of the worst company's I ever delt with ... . Will never buy from then again. . My advice to you .. do not buy from this company
