Super service department. Free oil change and a truck wash.
We bought a used 2010 vehicle as a necessity and Chris H was very helpful! He put no pressure on us to purchase the vehicle, but when we made the decision to he made the process smooth and easy. However, we had an issue with the tire pressure sensor being on and they insisted everything was fine and would not even reset the sensor so it would be functional for us.
Can't go wrong with Cronin!
The Cronin team were so helpful when I was purchasing a new vehicle! I drove from Cincinnati to buy after looking for weeks and being unable to find a comparable deal or similar level of customer service. I worked with multiple people on the team (Austin, Jake, and Stephen just to make a few!), all of which helped me find the perfect car, meet my budget needs, and no pressure along the way. By appointment only. Things are too much . Seems like everybody making up the rules as they go, used to be enjoyable to go look at cars now it's a hassle. This dealership is better at handling things in a normal manner request mask and gloves once inside. inventory is excellent from what I could see. Just a hassle now to even go look and if it's a hassle then I'm more inclined to just keep what I got. If I'm going to spend upwards or 35,000 I want a hassle free experience but this is a long lost dream.
