We bought a 2021 Thor Freedom Traveler 32A from Wendy Johnson at the Richmond, Indiana Camping World. We could not say enough good things about Wendy and her thoughtful service. She is knowledgeable and trustworthy. She educated us on the differences between the 2020 and the 2021 engine Ford V8 verses the old V10 model and helped us make a great decision. We could not be more pleased with her honest approach to help us decide what rig would fit our families needs best. She offered an outstanding deal that felt like she was looking out for us the best she could. We appreciate her team John in service and Justin and wade in finance. We feel we were given a fair price for our trade, a good interest rate, and an outstanding deal on the rig. Thank you team Richmond. We look forward to working with you again as our needs change. Wendy you went above and beyond and my family it truly grateful. You took great care to make our experience perfect.

We are not ones that normally write reviews. But our experience at camping world of Richmond was a nightmare. We found the floor plan and brand we had been looking for. We negotiated, put money down, and waiting on a phone call the next day to finalize with the finance manager. When he called 2 days later, the price was different. The sales tax didn’t match. The $1300 discount for financing with them, not included. $995 delivery fee added (we were picking it up). Charged for a battery they didn’t know if it needed as it hadn’t been through their shop. Doc fees and title fees. For the next two weeks we continued to attempt to buy the camper. We were given a total of 4 different starting prices and verbally given 3 different discounts. We made another trip in person to try to finalize the deal, but continued to get the run around as the numbers didn’t add up. After one last attempt and offering the last price they gave to us, we again haven’t heard back. Very shady, very frustrating. I guess they don’t need the sale.

I wanted to thank Bryant Hilbert for his time and knowledge about the new camper that are out. He is very helpful and personable. He did a great job of answering my questions and look forward to working with him in the near future. I highly recommend him for all your camping needs.

My husband and I have been window shopping for an RV for our adventures for a while now and finally decided to pull the trigger on getting one. going into something completely blind of knowing the ins and out of buying an RV would look like can be overwhelming. Yet we had one of the best customers service experience ever! Bryant was very kind and helpful to answer any questions we had. Very accommodating to our budget and made us feel apart of the Camping world family! thank you!

The experience we had at camping world in Richmond was excellent, our sales man Matt Elwell was great to work with he was very professional, he’s one of those guys you just feel really comfortable with. He showed us our travel trailer and explained everything to us. Matt was able to deal with us on price and we feel like we got a great deal. I would definitely recommend Camping World in Richmond and Matt to anyone. Our whole experience with them both has been wonderful.
