Our second visit:) Beautifully decorated for Halloween and will have a full weekend of activities for the kids for this holiday. Nice pavilion with games for kids. The trees shade many sites. Recently expanded south end of park. Michelle & Mark are very hands-on owners. This is a family-owned park for decades. Close to the small city of Richmond and the large city of Indianapolis. Seasonal pool. Laundry room a plus. Playground & other sports. Nearby creek you can walk to. Discounts for Good Sam & veterans.nThe only negative is the highway is right next to campground and is used by frequent dump & construction trucks so very noisy close to road. Installing a tall wall/fence may be their only future solution, but that would take away from the open air/view/countryside feel (plus the great expense of it).

Do not hesitate to stay here!!nWe were passing through and this was at our stopping point for the day. We called 2 hours out to make sure we could just drive in and stay with no reservation (Monday). The place is very quaint (in a great way) with the owner's home right there at the entrance. So well maintained. Lots of amenities for a smaller CG. Pool is one of the cleanest we have experienced. Bathrooms/showers pristine...dated maybe but who cares about that? We had time to use the swing bridge over the creek (maybe map calls it a river and it's small and murky) and walk one of the trails before it got dark...would have loved to stay another day to explore more.nOwners have done a great job preserving the family business and they are expanding and adding things as they can. Price was outstanding! Would definitely stay again...we would go out of our way to stay again.nAs to any random negative comments about Mrs Owner...not our experience at all. ☺

Nice campground! Even though they had closed for the season, they let us stay for a night. We were traveling home and wanted a quiet place to sleep instead of the very noisy camps right next to the highway. They were 1.5 miles off Rt 70.

Though we only stayed one night, we loved this place! The owners were very accommodating. We pulled in late, and they directed us to our site. The campground is clean, and level. They have 2 sewer hookups on the sites, so that your hose will always reach. Awesome games for kids (and adults!). We played ping pong for a while. Will definitely return!

What a delightful place to stay. Cleanest restrooms I have ever seen in 20 years. Family makes you feel like family. A MUST STAY if you travel I 70. We wish we could have stayed more than one night. Thank you.
