Definitely an excellent place to build if you are seeking real estate. Close to the Valley River mall, and conveniently close to other shopping needs, with a butte lot feeling.

This is a nice little piece of land. Love the views. It could use a little more park amenities as there is barely a walkway in the form if a dirt path. Also the entrance is kind of obscure. The cemetery was interesting as most of the surnames buried there seemed to be the names of streets in the area.

Beautiful panorama views of Eugene and interesting old white oaks make this smaller Eugene park feel big and deceivingly remote for its location in a residential neighborhood.

The most amazing view in Eugene. Too bad they tore down a quarter to build houses. But the cemetery is historical.
