Quick service wrong food.
Fast service. Check your order before you leave they forget things often. They forgot my sandwich once, I called the girl on the phone assured me they would replace it. A couple days later I went in and they told me they didn't have my name wrote down so I didn't get an order for my sandwich to be replaced, the manager more or less told me I was lying.
We ordered a double cheeseburger and got a ton of catsup on this sandwich. The catsup was overflowing into the wrapper, come on people how hard is it to do this the right way. If I had known this before I got home I would have returned it.
I understand closing early, but the hours say 24 hours yet they close at 11. Not the employees faults, but it's quite confusing.
Just ordered door dash. I had ordered a double quarter pounder and it was a single. Also ordered large fries and did not get those. I have been calling the McDonald's for 10 minutes now. No answer
