Replacement of old 1991 unit. Excellent work and installer professional and skilled.nnI have worked as a mechanical engineer for 38 years and have a great deal of experience with industrial equipment installation and Specialized Mechanical is competent in this type of work.nnHouse size is approximately 1250 sq feet and at 70 degree outside temperature with indoor set point of 72 degrees, unit operation so far meets industry practices of 2 to 3 cooling cycles per hour.nnI would recommend Specialized Mechanical.

Even though they had to rescheduled my appointment twice, they did get the repair I needed done. The technician who came out to services my unit was friendly, knowledgeable, polite and professional. I Would recommend this company to friends and family.
