Gate wasn't working 1 weekend. Staff came out to yard & let us in. I was shocked being it was the weekend. They were happy to do it.
Sally was super helpful setting up our rental service! She spent over 30 min on the phone setting everything up for a contact free service! I was very impressed with her kindness and patience!
Don't be late they will fee you to submission .I will never go back there again.
*it has been several months since my review and nothing has really changed. I sent emails thru their website with no response.nnThis storage location is poorly maintained. I have a unit and the price has gone up while the property deteriorates. The entry way to the outdoor units is awful and full of potholes. I also have 50/50 luck with the code working when I try to enter. But the last two times I went the gate was standing wide open and no cars in sight?nBut they are extremely prompt to lock your unit if you are late with payment. LOL Paying $60 a month for a 10x5 space is ridiculous for the poor condition and poor security. I have sent messages asking for updates of any upcoming upgrades and I have never received a response.
