Ohio Valley Solar

We have now had Ohio Valley design and install a solar panel array for us three times, on two different homes, in 2017, 2019, and lastly, in July 2020. Each time the crew installed a product that reduced our electric usage from our electric company (Vectren) to zero for most months of the year. They even went out of their way to make it look symmetrical and aesthetically pleasing. We have only had one hiccup over 3 installs, which was fixed within a week's time of notification. It turned out to be a faulty circuit breaker, which they replaced at no cost to us. Positives: Small local business, they immediately pick up the phone and a real person talks to you--no annoying menus to go through, great value for the money (yes, we got multiple bids: Ohio Valley Solar's was the BEST), courteous, and a high quality product...as evidenced by our electric bill. We have referred them to friends and neighbors, so pleased are we with Ohio Valley Solar's product and service.

Installed a solar system. Very happy with performance so far... if only it would stay sunny. Good company to work with.

After the first service call 1 year ago, I asked to be put on a regular service plan and was told I was on a plan. 2 months ago the light on the side turned red and yellow, I have been trying to get some service. They will not come by or even call back, great service once and nothing now. Needed this generator 2 times in 8 years and it hasn't worked yet. Terrible business for service.

Very nice people to work with on a solar project. Easy to talk to and very up to date on the solar information. I would recommend Ohio Valley Solar to anyone wanting to install a solar system.
