Best experience I have ever had at a car dealership would recommend everyone to go here! Ask for Lorenz! Lorenz and Micky by far are the best! This was the smoothest vehicle purchase I have ever made. From Paula getting things started for us. Don came in on his day off to assist us. Mickey was very informative and was great to work with. The entire team is amazing!!
So Boonville Ford turned a really bad day into a really amazing day. My day started with a driving 4 and a half hours to see a vehicle I was told had no issues, great condition. They knew I was driving really far. It did not even look like the same vehicle as pictured online. Covered in hail damaged that was “fixed” by a 2 year old with a nail polish brush. There where many other issues. Driving home I contacted Boonville Ford. They had a 2017 FORD EXPEDITION EL that had all the same options as the one I so disappointedly just looked at. Paula and Lucas assured me it was in great condition. So my son and I showed up and sure enough it was a beautiful vehicle. It had everything I wanted and was flaw free. Lucas worked hard to ensure I got a great deal and was able to drive my new vehicle home that day. Special thanks to Lucas, Paula and Tony for being so kinda and getting me in the car of dreams. I would highly recommend Boonville Ford!!!!!!!
They were the most kind and helpful staff I've had the pleasure of working with while purchasing a vehicle! Theyre very informative, knowledgeable, and professional. They made the entire process very easy and smooth for me!!!! I drove 2 hours to come see them and buy a vehicle and i would do it again!!!! Very worth it!!! They do not pressure you, and allow you to do your shopping at your leisure. Very different experience than most dealerships. Thank you all!!!
