I love their subs but over the last several years the frequent price increases have caused me to consider other options. Too bad, the bread is excellent, my mouth is watering right now. Just can't justify the cost. In addition to the hefty price increases, the subs have gotten smaller.

Walking into the store and 1 of the 4 employees were wearing masks and making food next to each other. No signs they were helping customers maintain social distancing. Left immediately - can’t trust a business who isn’t taking the pandemic, or the law, seriously.

Extremely small delivery radius. I live 1.5 miles/6 minutes away and they said I was outside the radius, despite being the closest location to me.

Very rude employees who don’t know Heather app even works and that it allows orders to go to close stores. Yes because the reason I ordered a sandwich at night is because I wanted it the next morning thank you for nothing. And this particular location whoever was on the phone some girl around 9 PM on 8/5/2020. if she could tie her shoes I would be in shock. She refused to give me her name and hung up on me.
