Great customer service. Not only did the cashier bring my Hot freshly cooked food to me ( I'm in a wheelchair) - true curbside pickup! This is my first time ordering from here, whom ever I spoke with was patient, he answered and described exactly what I ordered. The portions are plentiful and Good!!

Impeccable cleanliness at Spice N Steam. They were the first place we trusted to start getting take-out from and for dine-in, tables always disinfected. On ALL of our many accounts they are doing a fantastic job. They were especially wearing face masks before everyone else. We have ordered many, many times for pickup as well. Some of our favorites include both the steamed and baked BBQ pork buns, chicken fried rice and the broccoli with beef and so many other menu choices. This is truly beautiful food made to order, fresh, delicious and a staple in our household. More than 5 stars.

Excellent food And Service!

OMG - this must be one of Eugene's best kept secrets! On my trip to Eugene, this was the highlight of my food experience. This was probably the best asian cuisine that I have ate in my life!nnMy group ordered many different things on the menu and shared. The food was just delicious. Some of the highlights that we tried that I would recommend are the hot popcorn chicken (craving some now!), shumai, green beans, and Singapore noodles.nnHowever, if I have one critique - I was most looking forward to the soup dumplings, which have become one of my favorites - but was a little disappointed. I wish that they had some meat inside, instead of just the broth.
