Schalburg's were great and have used them extensively for everything related to my heating and air conditioning. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
Worst customer service ever. Our air conditioner has been leaking all summer...I have called at least 15 times. I slipped on the water on the garage floor and fractured my ankle. They treated it like a joke. The last time the repair man was here he said the unit could be replaced or parts replaced with No Hassle Replacement. I have called and the receptionist almost laughs atnme. So sad in the time of uncertainty, ugliness in the world that a customer is treated that way.
If you use them, make sure to check your invoice prior to paying as they charged us for 2 and a half hours of labor for an hour and a half job. Luckily I caught it. Wonder how many other people they’ve ripped off! Technician was friendly and that’s the only reason they deserve the star. We have used them for almost two years and will not return as a customer.
Never showed up.
I’ve dealt with at least three other vendors in this area. I have concluded every business transaction with them knowing that I received great value with even better workmanship and quality. From servicing equipment installed by another company to installation of a new system, they have demonstrated that they know what they’re doing and just as important customers matter to them.
