Had a safe we thought we knew the combination to but couldn't get open. Called in to ask how much to have someone come out and pick the override key. Instead, Cameron asked me some questions about the safe, made an educated guess on what kind of lock was in it, and emailed me a video on the right way to dial in the combination. I had it open on the first try after watching the video, all for the cost of a 7 1/2 minute phone call. If they had had to come out for me, the price quoted was extremely reasonable.nnKnowing these kinds of service businesses that aren't quick-buck-extraction operations is immensely valuable, and I'm glad to have found one.

I brought my 2006 VW Jetta to get the keys synced and the driver side door lock fixed.nThey worked hard, got around problems and persisted without giving up. The price was more than reasonable. I was given a ride to work then picked up from work to pick up my working synced keys and a driver's door that manually unlocked instead of just spinning. They are the most awesome band of hard workers I've ever had the honor of meeting. Please don't go anywhere else. They are the real deal. Saved me a ton of money.
