You want to get a truck that you really like? Well, this is the place to be! Period! We had a great experience in this dealership, this is my first time to buy a Ford product and i really liked it!!! My husband and I are travelling from upstate ny to Colorado when our ford truck's turbo is not running right and pinging. My husband calls in,speaks to the service manager, Corey?my husband explains situation and asks if possibly the truck could go on diagnostic machine so ensure we don't do any damage.the manager explains that he is booked and cannot help us or fit us in for two weeks, until two Thursdays away.Really, thanks for the help, not. We have an extended warranty. Completely disappointed.
I asked them 3 times to look at/fix something on my vehicle and they never did. Once when I made the appointment,, then when I dropped it off then again 3 days after dropping it off and did not hear back. They had lost my phone number. 2 months prior I had my vehicle in and was told they needed to order the part then could schedule service, was to call when part came in, never called. Part was never ordered. Still needs fixed. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on and will also be encouraging my colleagues that also have company cars to use another service provider.
We were treated with respect and did not feel pressured at all. We found the perfect car for our needs at a price point that was fair and reasonable. We will be back to shop for our next car there. Lori Loveall was a wonderful sales agent, along with our financial specialist who was awesome.
