I am very appreciative of how quickly I was able to take my car in, get a diagnosis, have the car fixed, and be able to pick it up. The staff that I interacted with was very inviting and friendly. I came in to take a look at a 2007 Honda CR-V shown on the website and Cameron Drake was quick to help me. He was professional, polite, and very personable. He quickly gave me all the info I needed and the final price on the car with taxes and fees, and was honest and straight to the point with my questions. He was also honest to admit if he didn’t know the info, which I appreciate. Within an hour I had test driven the car and Cameron had printed out the car history and info for me. There was no nonsense or pressure to make a decision. Cameron followed up with a phone call a few days later as he said he would. Although the car got sold day after I came in to look at it (someone else was bound to move quickly on it with that reasonable price), I’ll be keeping an eye out here see what if any other older model CR-Vs pass through in the next few weeks thanks to Cameron’s great service.
After many years of being loyal to another GM dealership in Terre Haute, we have chosen TH Chevrolet as our new place to not only buy our vehicles, but have them serviced. Very happy with our experiences here!I had my car picked up for a basic oil change/service. I am very protective of my car, as it is a modified and one of a kind. One of my co-workers followed the service tech out of our parking lot and he was going the same direction as she was so she was behind him most of the way. She came back and told me he was driving like a Grandpa, really slow, and that people were giving thumbs up (I've never had a car get the attention that it gets. I've had people take pictures of it when I'm getting gas and had some people sit at a 4 way stop until I got to the intersection and they were recording it go down the road. Lol) anyway, the tech did a great job on the service and was very nice to work with. Keep it up! I'm a lifelong Chevy/GM girl so it's great to know we have a local dealership we can trust. Keep up the good work!.

Hello all, this group of people work hard for your business. I wanted a new truck and reached out to them and asked if they could find or build the one I wanted. Within a week this group found me the exact vehicle I wanted, and had it at the dealership. Also, they allowed me to fill out all the applications online and literally within 7 days I was driving off with my new Colorado. Having worked at a dealership, I know most reviews you’ll see are nasty about them but keep in mind these are people who are “usually” looking for a “cheap” used vehicle. You get what you buy. It’s not the dealership, sales associates, or managers fault they CHOSE to buy a used vehicle that’s going to have it’s problems. This group will not take advantage of you, just ask the questions up front and be honest about what you are wanting. With all that said, this group is great and I highly recommend them.
