Retainer gone in first month, smart talker. Zero results. Did not have the best interest of my son. Charged $1600.00 amonth after being let go.

Tried to get a phone consult, was told by Chris (I’m assuming a legal aid) that I canceled my appointment. I told her that I didn’t cancel my appointment and that she’s mistaken. She told me that “the person who took the phone call wouldn’t do that.” And that she “would see if I could get another appointment or not.”nnIf this law office is this rude to their potential clients and cannot keep their information together then I can’t say I would use their legal services.nnChris is very rude and not helpful.

Great lawyer. I would retain him if you need family law, lawyer. If only I had the retainer required.nBut from my consultation with Charles, my advice is hire him if you need a smart as heck, devoted lawyer.

What it takes other retainer fee law firms to do in .10 or 5-6min of an hour takes Charles Vincent & Associates 2.5 times longer (.25 or 15min) they round up, exploitation of the clients legal predicament to say the least.

Knows his business and was very helpful. Allowed all the time needed to get the paperwork done.
