It's been years since I've trained here, but I don't think there's a week that goes by where I don't draw inspiration from one of my interactions with Coach James. Terre Haute is extremely lucky to have Sweatbox as well as it's owner. If you see this James, thank you and I miss you.

My husband has been in the Rock Steady Parkinson's class and the workouts and camaraderie of the group has become a part of our lives.

Such an extraordinary place. Nice facility, nice people, incredible prices. I have two sons enrolled - one is autistic! I can't recommend this place enough. I'm so glad it's in Terre Haute and the kids have a place to punch something other than each other.

This a great boxing gym for people of all ages. My 7 & 9 year old boys love training here. There is also fight training and cardio boxing classes for adults. This a local family run business that also supports the Parkinson's Disease Rock Steady Boxing program.
