Yes lady you can be billed if he was the petitioner. When I used these attorneys I was grateful for the hard work that they put into my case as well as the thoroughness that was provided. Thank you for helping me with my divorce.

Mr. Spinner recently sent me a bill for a one-page paper that my ex-husband asked him to write. I had no idea that I would be billed since I never asked for the legal service. How can an attorney bill me for work that my ex-husband requested be done? Is this ethical? Sadly, his staff was rude as well,and one woman hung up on me. Is this professional?
