This is by far the worst pharmacy. They dont communicate or answer phones. Every day they have different issues. They dont answer the phones. If they do youll wait at least 20 minutes. Ive waited as long as an hour before.giving up and calling a cab to go over there to ask for a refill. I am.dying to switch pharmacies as soon as i can. They shut down early constantly always different reasons.
I am very disappointed with the conduct of the pharmacy staff! I was given the run around this week ! I did request my medications be delivered this week.For some reason they refused delivery!The cashier up front is professional.They do not need to deny this!
Pharmacy staff on the phone was very rude, cut me off several times, put me on hold without warning and hung up on me without warning.
Pharmacist refused to fill my prescription after I went to the ER and being diagnosed with groin strain. Told me it was his discretion and based on what I look like...
I am a prescriber and this pharmacy constantly has issues filling my patient's meds. I have never had an issue with a pharmacy in my career yet this one has a different problem every. Single. Time.
