All I can say is wow! This is what all car dealerships should be. The service here was fantastic. Constant, helpful, and not pushy communication. Crystal was just great every step of the way. She was ready with the information I needed and supplied in depth pictures of the car I was interested in. I wasn't able to work with Travis but I was very impressed he moved around his schedule to accommodate me. In the end I wasn't able to purchase the vehicle I wanted but when the time comes I'll definitely consider shopping here and mind you I live in NC, that says something that I'm willing to drive 8 hours because I really like the way they do business at Fuson. I highly recommend them.

I could not be happier with our experience the past few days at Fuson. We got to bring home an amazing truck and the service from start to finish was truly one of the best experiences I have ever had with with buying a vehicle. Bought new Michelin tires in February 2020 from Fuson. Thinking if I bought good tires I wouldn't have any problems with them. Wrong I have been in Fuson every 2-3 months with low tires. I kept asking why the tires were going bad. No one has an answer. Those service people act like a bunch of trained monkeys, just look at the floor and tell me it happens. I'm taking my car elsewhere hopefully they can find the problem. Either Fuson sold me bad tires or something else is wrong.nI will say Fuson has no use for women. They just don't like to be bothered with questions or concerns especially from women.
