my family has been using that place for 30+ years now and yesterday was the first issue we ever had. Mechanic left grease spots in car and made a smart comment to the woman at the window in the waiting area that made it sound as if he were directing it toward my mother wearing a mask. We will continue to use your services as we understand it's not your fault if a employee is not the best. But next time we will be more verbal in having the issue corrected.
