After paying for brake repair, almost died on the way home. Brake pedal goes all the way to the floor, wasn't like that before. Inspection revealed brakes were not bleed properly. R/R bleeding screw was broken off and dry, so how did the tech bleed the brakes ? SOP you start at the farthest point away from m/cyl. I guess I'll have to do it right myself since the pros can't.

Worst service I have ever experienced. Lazy service desk person wouldn’t take my Ford card. Gave a story about them just being bought by a new owner. They had the Ford card listed as a card they take. False advertising or what!
