I met Mike last year when I was looking into some electrical work. I wasn't in a position to take care of it last year but when I called him back recently, he absolutely remembered who I was, my house, and what needed to be done. He and Steve came and took such good care my electrical needs. They are both so professional, knowledgeable, more than fair, and really just kind human beings. I have never had a bad experience with Mike. I had the pleasure of working with him at my last job and he was always the most pleasant and professional. I'm not sure where the lower star ratings came from but i never saw anything negative about Mike at McDonald Electric. He is very personable and knows his skill VERY well. I would definitely recommend him for any electrical needs that you need!
Mike was perfect. I found McDonald Electric through Google reviews and I'm so glad that I called. Mike knew right away what happened and the next day it was fixed. Mike was on time (actually 15 minutes before on time), he is very professional, loves to talk about everyday stuff, honest and is overall a great electrician and person. Thank you again, Mike. Ps. Dryer update: wasn't the igniter nor a fuse. Turns out a wire near the heater went bad. It was repaired under warranty. Thank you again for everything.
