I took my Ford Escape which I LOVE! in because the window would not go up or down. Brandon got me all taken care of. I however had to bring it back they needed a part. A little inconvenient they did their best! I loved the massage chair as I waited! I found out why it took a little longer was the guy working on my car had to change clothes because of spilling oil on himself. I ended waiting 2 hours. When I got my car the window works great no problems. It's just the window was not clean all smeary and still had tape on it from when they put the window up temporarily. I felt that they could have had least cleaned the window. Other than that Great Service!!

An ABSOLUTELY AWESOME EXPERIENCE!nFrom the moment I walked into the showroom to the time I pulled away in my 2017 Lincoln MKZ Premiere ~ I was treated like a King ! Melissa Smith, Kenny Watson, Cody in Finance and David Clark I consider them all like family! Great Sale Price on my Lincoln, great price on my trade in, bottom line ... I couldn’t walk away from! I would highly, highly recommend!

Went in because one of our seats in our expedition was not pulling up right did a good job as far as I know and it was courteous they drove her back home and came and picked her up service work good about 3 hours worth of work on it reasonable priced thanks

Superior service! They made me feel like family and not a customer. My service was done before expected and they washed my SUV before returning it to me. Btw...huge TV in customers lounge. I would recommend anyone with a Lincoln or Ford to make an appointment for your next service! The price was great too!!
