This is the best yoga place I’ve ever been to Bob and his staff treat everybody so nice and understanding laid-back relaxed atmosphere in yoga has really helped me with my meditation and Bob’s teaching of the yoga wants me to learn more and grow my inexperience I would recommend it highly for anybody that has never taking yoga or who is interested in taking yoga or is currently practicing a different style of yoga , very very beneficial to one’s health mentally and physically.
Great studio for novice and experienced. Would highly recommend!!
