Just called to make this my pharmacy, Phone call was answered within minutes, Spoke to Audrey, who was patient, knowledgeable and extremely efficient in helping changeover and refill a laundry list of pills. no problem scheduling a pickup next week due to covid 19 concerns. 5 Stars to Audrey and so far, 5 stars to cvs weston rd
I have been in the pharmacy drive thru for 12 minutes...as I type.....waiting on ONE CAR. IF IT TAKES THIS LONG....CUSTOMERS NEED TO BE TOLD TO GO INSIDE!
I've been trying to call the store for an hour and can't get through to talk to a person. No matter what I say or button I push I get put on hold for 15-20 minutes. It's happened 3 times- RIDICULOUS! I'm changing pharmacies!
*Note to self...always read the reviews! Phone customer service is terrible. 1 star is to much for this place.
Always clean and usually very helpful staff, they often have the best prices on prescriptions but not always. I've had good experiences with their photo printing. They have good deals on soda and milk from time to time.
