Our stuff was stolen with a security camera in a gated area. Could of been an inside job but I guess they'll be innocent until proven guilty! I suggest doing your research before opting with this piss poor company.

My experience was horrible. Our gate pin didn't work for 3 weeks. Our unit was broken into and we were not notified. We discovered their lock on our unit on a Saturday and then had to wait until Monday for them to remove it. We also had to wait until Monday to find out what was stolen and make a police report. They didn't increase security when several units were broken into at the same time. It would have saved a lot of headache for us all if they had educated me on the proper type of lock to use. I moved my items asap! I'll never use Red Dot again!

Hassle free storage units although mine definitely needed sweeping out before we moved in our items.
