Great storage facility just pay attention on what you are getting. I was new to the kiosh and i got a parking spot instead of a unit. They took care of me
Red Dot Storage has great customer service that is very helpful when you need any questions answered. The storage areas are spacious and clean I feel good knowing that my belongings are kept in a secure gated area that is gated and has plenty of security
Code updates need to happen faster. This is an operation that is completed by a computer when you sign up at the storage facility. I punched in my code given to me on the computer and it kept beeping that no code existed. I called customer service, waited 20 minutes for an answer...the queue computer hung up on me, I called back and finally got a representative after another 20 minutes. Representative stated that it may take 24-48 hours for the computer to update. What??????? If this is to be an off site service, then the computer needs to update sooner. What a waste of my time.
Customer service is awesome! Storage facility is clean and well kept.
