This gym is the best gym with out a doubt on the west side of Eugene. The two coaches Colin and Kristen are both extremely knowledgable, patient, and are willing to coach you as much as you are willing to accept it. The coaching and feedback given to athletes is spot on. The programming is first rate meaning the workouts leave you sore and hungry for more but don't have you leaving the gym wondering if you left a piece of your soul there. Most people think of Crossfit athletes as the ones you see on tv. I can assure that's 10% of people at Crossfit gyms the other 90% are people just like me and you. There is a good mix of people who range in all different levels of fitness at this gym. I have been doing Crossfit for six years, working out my entire life, and I can say if you want results Crossfit Intensify, the coaches and the owners will help you get them. Lastly it is a super fun group of people and atmosphere that is welcoming of everyone! So stop in and give them a try you won't be disappointed.
