I'm so pleased with my first experience at Fusion. Jessica is my go-to stylist! My hair is extremely thick and she always knows how to tame it, what products to use, and makes sure I'm comfortable the entire time I'm there.nnShe's also gotten me hooked on getting my lashes and brows tinted which is perfect for my no-makeup days! I can't wait for my next appointment.
Had my first ever facial here and it was the best experience. Relaxing and very special treatment. Better than a massage. Very safe during Covid as well.
I have been going here for over a year now and this place is awesome! I have had numerous massages here and I have never had one complaint. The rooms are cozy and clean. Each massage therapist takes the time before your appointment starts to ask what you are wanting from the massage that day. I feel like prices are reasonable and you definitely get your money's worth. The front desk staff is always very nice and makes sure you have any essential oils or additional things you need for your massage. They always work me into their schedule as I usually can only schedule a few days in advance due to my fluctuating work schedule. At the end of your appointment you even get a complimentary chocolate most days.
I went to Fusion for the first time yesterday hoping to find a hairdresser that I could be an established client with, well let me tell you..I will not be returning. I wanted a simple haircut and style, the lady I had my appointment with was VERY unpersonable, kept making rude remarks about how my 9 month old daughters stroller was in her way (she wanted to be close to me because she was tired and ready for a nap at this point), and did not listen to what I was wanting at all. I told her I wanted my hair cut to shoulder length (my hair was to my mid back), showed her a couple pictures of some ideas and then she began CHOPPING my hair before I could tell her that I wanted my hair still long enough to go into a ponytail. This was a straight hour and ten minutes of hell. After leaving I got into my car and cried because of how unhappy I am with my hair. To say the least, I will not be returning and I am very upset of the price I paid for this horrible haircut. If I could give my rating zero stars I would.
It was our first time here today. My boyfriend and I got the couple's massage. My masseur was Ben, and he did an AMAZING job! All the staff was very friendly and professional. Will definitely return.
