I've been there over a year now and love the big gym feel without the big gym attitudes. The people are great and the management are always willing to work with you. Nice clean facility and well maintained as well.

Highly recommend this gym to anyone looking to get in shape, and be healthy. Been going here for a couple weeks ,but the friendly atmosphere and team mentality will keep me coming back.

I went here years ago whenever they were Fitness 19, and it was the best gym ever.nYeah, the gym has some history, good and bad, but today I got my membership back and it feels great to be back !nIt's under a new owner and they take care of the place, new equipment and what not, studio, etc.nCome make some gains.n#GAINGANG
