Instead of taking advantage of an opportunity for business, they took the time to help me through communication issues with the manufacturing company. The end result? My appliance is being replaced by the manufacturer with a newer version at no cost. Their time and efforts were clearly focused towards my best interest which speaks volumes about the integrity of this company. Thank you!

Our two-year-old fridge stopped cooling. We had to wait 5 days for parts but that's to be expected. The Service repair man Huey that came to our house kept us updated on when he would be there. The poor guy was unable to show up until almost 8 o'clock at night and stayed until 11:00 p.m. To fix our frige for us and on his day off. He then called the next morning to make sure it was still working properly. Thank toy Huey!!!

Huey is top notch. Very professional, personable, experienced, knowledgeable and strives to deliver quality. He seems to be the type of person that still believes in quality, not quantity.

Wow what great service on our LG washer!! They found the problem and fixed it within the hour. I was so very impressed on the professionalism and courtesy of office staff. Melissa was great. They will be our go to Electronics technicians. Robert was so kind and knowledgeable. Hard to find such good service. Truly a remarkable company and personnel. Good job!!!!! 5 stars
