CVS is always slow no matter which location I go to but it’s never been an issue until today. Today my husband got his wisdom teeth out so I took the prescriptions in to get all the medication he would need afterwards. When I dropped off the prescriptions they said it would take 30 minutes to a hour and I have them my phone number so they could call when they were ready. At an hour I hadn’t heard anything and my husband was starting to be in a lot of pain so I went back to see if they were ready and they said two of the prescriptions weren’t ready yet and to give them another 15 minutes. 45 minutes went by and I STILL hadn’t heard anything. I went back at that point and asked and they were ready but I never received a call or text that the prescriptions were ready for pick up like I usually do for all my other medications. This was a very frustrating experience

I called at 9am to have a Rx transferred. I called at 1 pm to check the status and they said they had the transfer, but wanted me to wait until the next day to pick it up. I told them I needed it today and they said 4 hours. When I went to pick it up 6 hours later, I waited in line for 20 minutes only to be told to go around and wait in line again and then it would be ready. Coming from a city of 3 million people i just don't understand why this pharmacy is so slow.

Sat in the drivet through line for 30 minutes. The line was all the way around the store. Every time I go there it’s this bad. I sat in line so long one visit I had to leave because I needed to be somewhere else and then I got a passive aggressive text message telling me I needed to pick up my prescription.
