I am overjoyed by the dedication of the phone rep from the Online Department. Jessica Stanley was able to find answers to my endless questions about buying a car. She is someone who actively does the research to give the most up to date answers. I truly feel like I gained a friend in the car business. Use be good car lot to buy from. My family been going there since 1998 can remember being 9 years old walking around there. Even know some of salesman still there. I've bought 4 vehicles thru them. Was always good service til now. Tried trading in my car I got now for New truck. Told them everything about it. Dealt with someone been there for long time. Said would work the numbers let me know. So far no reply back. Be nice have communication if can do it or not. So I'm changing my 5 star to 1 star now.

I cannot express my appreciation to Matthew Hall and the Team at Town and Country Ford. Matthew, Ryan and Cory treated my girlfriend and I with the utmost respect and courtesy and went the extra mile to ensure I was taken care of. I asked a lot of Matthew and he continued to meet my expectations without any negativity. I live out of state so there were some challenges to over come but Matthew and the Team were willing to go the extra distance to ensure the transition was easy. Matthew has continued to follow up with me to ensure my satisfaction. If I could give them 100 stars I would. I thank Matthew and the entire Team for making this dream come true. #HoosierCarGuy

I was a former GM owner. I purchased my Ford Edge from John McGraw At Town and Country and love it! John was a pleasure to deal with. He was very thorough and was able to explain each feature of my new vehicle. I have had my vehicle serviced at Town and Country since i bought it and have been very pleased. I would definitely purchase my next vehicle from John and Town and Country!
