These ppl literally STOLE $500 from me. DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANY REASON. They are crooks. And the car they almost sold me had a bad transmission. Do not Trust these ppl. I am out $500 for a car I don't have and they will not give me my money back. I am a single hard working mother and these crooks just stole $500 right from under me. I hope they rot in Hell

Great customer relation, polite, courteous, timely response for return calls, friendly employees. All around a great place to take your car shopping businees, give em try, youll love the outcome.

John and David were amazing they not only picked out a fuel efficient car but also family safe on top of 92,000 miles on it. they had excellent communication skills when describing the vehicle and the loan process and the financing process. Automax made it really easy to buy our first car I would recommend them no matter what they will always have our business. They were very detailed and explanation very friendly they have amazing customer service!!!!!nThey deserve 10/10 stars.nnBUY FROM AUTOMAX YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!!!

Well I have to change my original post. Sad to say they sold me a vehicle knowing it had problems and acted like they were doing me a favour giving me a 90 day warranty. I of course didn't find out the problems until a month after purchase. Now they wont answer or return any phone calls. I turned them over to the BBB. They responded to them with nothing but lies about me and my fiance. So if you want a vehicle with problems that you'll have to deal with and pay to fix then by all means go to them. Otherwise I would avoid them all together.

The owner and employees are super helpful and nice. They are selling you a car at a super high price. They sell you the car for almost triple the price with MAX apr. they tell you they put all new brakes on all cars and they dont. I didn’t realize until after I got the car that it had 2 accidents and the cars odometer was rolled back as well.
