Never in my life did I think of a Subaru when looking for a vehicle. However, I just purchased my first Subaru. I absolutely love it! Zach was great to work with as were several others that I encountered. Great experience.

My wife and I visited the lot recently. We experienced high pressure sales tactics and demeaning language from the sales person. He didn’t listen to us and just wanted to ‘put us in a car today’. The next day we drove two hours north to Bloomington to buy our new Forester.n$2500 cheaper for the same options and a much nicer sales experience.nnDon’t waste your time at this dealership. Take the time to go to Bloomington Subaru. It is so worth it!

I bought my Forester from Doug Goth and it was easiest car purchase that I have had. I told him the 3 vehicles I was looking at and wanted to test drive. Doug got the vehicles ready for me then I decided on the model I wanted. They did not have the color I wanted so the found me the one I wanted. He had it ready for me when I went to pick it up. The paper work and financing went smooth and fast Doug and crew was amazing and very professional best car buying experience I have had no pressure. I would recommend Doug and Romain Subaru for your next vehicle purchase.

Had our Ascent in for service recently. Jacob the advisor. We were at the point of needing new tires along with other service. Jacob price matched and took excellent care of us as he always has. I definitely recommend their service department! Thanks Jacob.

Very friendly, fast service.nnHowever, I brought a 2020 STI with 4000 miles on it for its first oil change and they cross threaded the oil pan plug.
