Zach was wonderful! I’ve had bad experiences at other dealerships but Zach made sure my experience with Brucken Motors was nothing short of perfect! The buying process was quick, he communicated well, and he answered all questions honestly. There was an issue with the car I purchased that I noticed, and Zach had the piece replaced with no hesitation!
Poor customer service and definitely not a man of his word. Shop elsewhere.
I was completely screwed over by a different buy here, pay here lot and Zach helped me get in the exact car i was looking for!!!! He was completely honest about the small issues it had (ac charge and ball joint) ((small easy fixes)) (((and WAYYY better than the money pit i was paying for from somewhere else)))im very happy with the service and my experience and hope it stays this way for the duration of my loan agreement!! I’ve texted you multiple times about the back up camera and the only thing you say back is hang on or something about the phones not working but your cell phone works cause you text me. Every time I ask about you fixing the back up camera it’s hang on or no response. It’s not fair what your doing you signed a paper stating you would fix both problems 1 problem is fixed now the back up camera needs fixed but you won’t respond to my texts about that but will about the review.
I Prefer a small local dealership over the big ones, they actually let you test drive the cars and they aren’t too pushy. Very laid back experience. Zach helped me, did a great job, and was very patient working with me and my bank. Thank you!
