Roger Bartlett and Brandon Howard exceeded all my expectations of a great auto buying experience! Straight forward with no BS and always willing to help. The Finance Dept. didn't push any unreasonable or hidden fees. I have only used the service department for regular maintenance and haven't had any issues. The parts department also has great customer service and very knowledgeable . This is my second new vehicle purchased from Dean Patrick Honda and I highly recommend giving them a chance to earn your business. I by no means am easy to impress; I have shopped around and I haven't found any other dealerships that compare.

Make sure to ask for Roger. This was our third car purchase from D-Patrick. I would recommend them for new and used cars, and the service dept. Have had my older Honda's serviced there for years. I came all the way from Nashville to purchase my Honda Accord. They were good to their word and had all the paper work ready to go. The salesman, Merrill, was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. We handled 90% of the paperwork answers via text message.
