11/2020 Have not been opening on time for weeks now, today they either aren't open or just decided not to allow order ahead today for some reason. Either way I guess it's time to find a new favorite store. Bummerud83eudd7a
Spoke with manager today about three experiences with the evening shift personnel and she was as unconcerned as they were about the lack of customer service. Day shift personnel awesome, evening shift personnel rude and more interested in talking among themselves and cleaning. This has happened 3 times in three weeks. Avoid east side near Target in the evening.
Indoor seating is closed again. Only offering grab and go or drive through service. It appears Starbucks is bracing for the winter from hell so I guess my Starbucks budget will be similarly reduced as it was in the last lockdown.
Drive thru line may look long; but almost always goes quick. Best location in town. I have never had my order be wrong- even when I order THE most complicated iced coffee ud83eudd23ud83eudd23 The workers are nice and curious with positive attitudes! LOVE ud83dudc97
I've only used this Starbucks site a few times when the Newburgh site isn't accepting order ahead. They are usually very fast thru drive- thru.
