Was really happy to see the baristas enforcing the mask policy with a group of rowdy kids. My drink was perfect and service prompt. Beautiful interior with all social distancing guidelines in place.
Total chaos. Normally I'm in and out but today I waited an hour to pick up mobile order and had to remind them twice just to get it made. Very disappointed.
I ordered ahead on the mobile app at 10:50 I received my order at 11:30. And mind you; whiling waiting and watching customers that walked in to order... come and go. And the car that was 10 cars behind from making an order when pulled up... is long gone, so over all my experience today with the mobile app was definitely not an advantage.
Love tring the new things, usually accompanied by my brother which every time we visit we have a good experience.
