The gym wasn’t bad but the owner has a terrible case of invisible lat syndrome.
This place is trash. Busch Lights were barely lukewarm. There weren't enough plates for my max bench. Owner is a tiny little dude who can't lift any weight at all. He's also extremely un-RELIABLE!
I don't usually give reviews, but Frank's Bar and Gym is the premier spot to pump iron and crush aluminum. Parking is limited, the food is great, and the weight room is fully functional. However, the owner is prone to yelling loudly and participating in heated conversations about football, politics, and the security of bitcoin.
OK gym I guess. I think they’ve stumbled on tough times, in the winter the heat is off and in the summer there’s no AC. You get what you pay for, or don’t for. BYOB or just steal it from the owner’s cooler when he’s faced away squatting (he doesn’t do legs). Front desk worker is fire at least ud83dudd25
