The lady that answered the phone to answer my questions was extremely pushy. I TRIED to explain to her that I was about 2-3 minutes away and that my daughter kept calling me and I would finish my “order” once I arrived. She keptnSpeaking over me which ultimately resulted in me hanging up on her. I almost went with a different facility due to her being so pushy. You may want to speak with her to let her know that she really needs to work on her customer service skills.nThe young man that was working at the storage unit itself was very helpful and very polite. I appreciate his help.
Had some questions about possibly renting a unit in the very near future and Chris was very helpful. He answered all of my questions and concerns promptly. Chris definitely earned my business and as soon as I'm ready to move i will be renting a unit from you.
Got help yesterday and today and they were very patient with me when I had to reschedule. Very polite..very quick..in and out
