Horrible customer service, very high priced, bad location. I would recommend finding another facility not owned by Red Dot as they have a few locations.
I don't even rent here. A couple I know of does...when the company was aware that their keypad for the gate wasn't working, they took their sweet time...two weeks...to decide to just leave the gate open so people can get to their units. I heard it's not an expensive place to use, however that's still inexcusable.
pros andnnpros :nunique...the kiosk for everything is brilliant.nright down to locks.nvery nice and helpful staffnncons:nI don't know if price is high or JUST me.nthe layout is normal. although I had such a hard time finding mine. Had to call and they didn't know what it was. thank goodness I started opening unlocked units then found mine down the hallway.
