The staff was so welcoming, I felt like I'd been going for months even though it was my first day! The trainer that day was AWESOME! She motivated and pushed all of us, while still making working out fun. It was a tough workout and I felt great afterward! Thank you, I will definitely be back.
This place is AMAZING! the workouts are great and the sales associates, coaches and owners are literally ALWAYS nice and encouraging!!!
I'm addicted to this place! I've worked out and trained regularly for a long time now. This place is one of the most productive and fun workouts that I have done. I always look forward to going and seeing all the people. I was nervous at first, but they made me feel right at home. I usually have coach Jenny or coach Lily and they are my absolute favorite. They know how to push and encourage me to get the best results I can. Thanks so much otf for making me a better person, physically and mentally. I even quit smoking after starting here. It's truly changed my whole life and I'll recommend them to anyone
SUPER friendly staff. Made me feel welcome right as I walked in the door. My first workout was great. Easy to modify the workouts to your fitness level. Definitely will be getting a membership.
Wonderful experience! I felt like even in a room full of people I never got lost in the crowd! The instructor was great at guiding me through each station and kept encouraging me!
