Marcos came over a few hours after I called. He called to let me know he was on his way, was very nice on the phone and informative.nHe got to the house quick and figured out our problem quickly after we had been told we needed a new furnace. It's a 30 year old furnace, so I know it's at the end of its lifetime, but 2020 has been rough and I'm so glad he was able to fix it for a good price.

Marcos was amazing! I called after hours and he was at my home within 30 minutes. He was able to figure out the problem quickly and give me multiple solutions. He went above and beyond by calling Carrier for me, and got the needed part through my warranty that I wouldn't have that I still had. Marcos was quick, kind, and saved my husband and I a ton of time and money. We will be using his service through J.E. Shekell for all of our future H VAC needs.

Big thanks out to Jeff for taking care of our air intake in our old house. We appreciate their wanting to make sure we're happy with their service.

I like service techs that show up on time, are friendly and professional. Shekels has done a good job taking care of my HVAC units, but they are not inexpensive.
